After ordering our service, Akiya Helper will immediately begin the process of securing your Akiya, however, we must communicate with many local agencies to accomplish this goal. As such, there is no set time of delivery, and depending on local municipalities, legal departments, agencies, etc., communication can be slow. It is important to understand Japanese culture when working with our company, as many of the agencies we work with are old-fashioned and will only do business in person, or by using complex paperwork. The time from start to finish varies, but we try to work with agencies that are willing to use modern communication methods as much as possible to streamline the process. Sometimes, the house you want may not have such options, so please understand the cultural barriers that we must navigate.
